About Dr Nik Alexander

Dr Nik Alexander is a caring and well respected General Practitioner known for his calm demeanour, excellent communication skills, and his caring and thorough approach. He received his medical degree from University College London, along with an intercalated BSc in medical sciences with psychology.

He has extensive experience in hospital medicine, having worked in a variety of hospitals and departments before completing GP training in Greenwich, south London.

Dr Alexander has a wealth of experience in general practice, working in both the NHS and private sectors. His NHS practice is highly rated in East London, where he is involved in leadership, mentoring, quality improvement, and is the practice lead for ADHD and palliative care.

He is a keen educator and GP trainer, helping train the next generation of GPs while continuously developing his own skills. He has presented and written several articles on Continuing Professional Development topics for other GPs.

Alongside his GP work, Dr Alexander works as part of the local East London ADHD team as a GP with Extended Role in ADHD, diagnosing and managing patients with ADHD alongside other medical and psychiatric co-morbidities.
